Description: C. Edwin Josselyn (American / Boston 1872-) Watercolor Signed and Dated Lower Right: C E Josselyn 27. Note: Josselyn was from Boston and had a custom furniture shop on Newbury Street. He produced paintings of his furniture designs, which he entered into peer reviewed competitions, and was also known for his watercolors... where he exhibited in local shops. He was a descendant of the Mayflower founding families, and a member of the Boston Bohemian Club.
